After these 3 weeks I sat down and read After being on the Paleo diet for 3 weeks I decided to read The Paleo Diet for Athletes by Loren Cordain and Joe Friel and I was amazed on what I learned reading this book and it all has to be true because of how I feel and how well I am performing now.
