Increase Strength and Overall Performance with Crossfit
I started incorporating crossfit workouts into my normal tri training almost one year ago. I learned that just swimming, biking, and running was just not enough. Crossfit has made me a much stronger and faster triathlete. If you want to take your training to the next level log onto to crossfit.com and check out the work outs or find a gym in you town.
